Search
- Full-text search — across every conversation, including the body of every message — not just titles.
- Search inside artifacts — the code and documents Claude produced are indexed too.

- Exact phrases — wrap words in quotes to match them in order.
- Exclusions — put a minus in front of a word to push those results out.

A few honest limits. Token counts are estimates — Claude does not publish its tokenizer, so treat the meter as a gauge rather than a number. Archiving uses Claude’s own endpoint when your account supports it and falls back to archiving inside Toolbox, and the panel tells you which happened. Sync carries your organisation, not your content: Chrome only gives extensions about 100 KB, so message text and artifact bodies stay on the device and travel via Backup instead.
